Villa 36A is rented as an entire home. Five air-conditioned bedrooms with their own bathrooms offer privacy, while the open kitchen, dining and living space on the ground floor brings everyone together.
Doors open onto the terrace, there is a barbecue in the garden, and the rooftop offers sun loungers and views of the Adriatic and its islands. We are a family who love hosting, and we want you to feel at home.

How do I enquire about a stay?
Select your dates and number of guests. The calendar shows each nightly rate and the form adds up your stay. After your enquiry, your hosts will reply to confirm availability. Sending an enquiry does not reserve the dates.
What should I know about the deposit?
A €500 cash damage deposit is required on arrival. It is fully returned at check-out if no damage occurs. The deposit is separate from the nightly-rate calculation.
Bedroom layout and seasonal amenities
Four bedrooms are on the upper floors and one is on the basement level with windows for natural daylight. The jacuzzi is not available in cold autumn and winter months. Two outdoor security cameras overlook the parking area only.
How we use enquiry details
We use your name, email, guest count, selected dates, and any phone number or message you choose to add, to respond to your enquiry and check availability. Your enquiry is stored privately in this website’s administration and forwarded to your hosts by email.
